Krimo Foundation Extends Generous Support to KIOCH

On November 4, 2019, the Krimo Foundation, made a significant contribution of NPR 1,900,000 to the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH). The donation marks a pivotal step in advancing the establishment of Nepal’s first multi-specialty children’s hospital.

The funds will be directed toward Phase I of the hospital’s development, which includes seed funding for administration and capital needs, preparation of a master plan and design, and essential land development.

KIOCH is envisioned as a state-of-the-art institution dedicated to addressing the pressing healthcare needs of children in Nepal. With this support, the project has gained strong momentum, strengthening its foundation and moving closer to delivering specialized care for the country’s youngest population.

This contribution reflects Krimo Foundation’s commitment to creating meaningful social impact and its dedication to improving the health and well-being of children. It stands as a landmark moment in the journey toward establishing the hospital, ensuring that children across Nepal will have access to advanced medical services for years to come.

The Krimo Foundation’s generosity not only reinforces its role as a responsible philanthropic institution but also serves as an inspiration for others to come forward and support this vital national initiative.
