Triveni Dham is one of Nepal’s most revered pilgrimage destinations, located at the sacred confluence of the Narayani (Gandaki), Sona, and Tamasa rivers. This spiritually significant site has been celebrated for centuries in ancient Hindu scriptures, including the Varaha, Himavat, and Skanda Puranas, and is also referenced in classical works by Kalidasa.

Rooted in rich mythology, Triveni Dham is believed to be a divine meeting point where celestial beings once descended to bathe in its holy waters. It is widely known as Gajendra Moksha Dham, associated with the legend of Lord Vishnu rescuing the elephant Gajendra from the grip of the crocodile Makara, symbolizing the triumph of devotion and divine grace.

Recognizing the spiritual, cultural, and architectural importance of this sacred site, Himalayan Group, through its Krimo Foundation, contributed to the design supervision and construction of the Gajendra Moksha Narayan Temple and a Dharmashala at Triveni Dham. The involvement focused on ensuring that the development respected traditional architectural character while meeting functional needs for pilgrims and visitors.

This contribution reflects a commitment to preserving the sanctity and heritage of the site while supporting the creation of meaningful and well-designed spaces for the community.
